Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your GameSir device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated return center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
